The firm provides services in the area of business formation, such as partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, joint ventures, mergers, sales, contract drafting, contract review and analysis, debtor and creditor bankruptcy issues, as well as simply serving as “outside counsel” on day to day business issues. We are required by federal law to identify ourselves as a “debt relief agency” as we help people locate bankruptcy counsel to file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
Tax matters are referred to clients’ CPAs or Tax Advisors. Environmental matters are referred to clients’ outside environmental consultants and experts.
